Christopher Bonewitz earned his MFA in Acting from the Brown University/Trinity Rep Consortium in 2008. Upon graduating, he made his New York City stage debut in the Public Theater's Hamlet in Central Park. He was subsequently asked back to the Public to perform in consecutive readings of Akin Salawu's I Stand Corrected, where he was directed by David Esbjornson. More recently, Christopher has appeared in Emily: An Amethyst Remembrance at Theatre Row, giving a performance that Stage and Cinema described as "particularly excellent." Regional credits include Richard III and A Christmas Carol at Trinity Rep. Christopher has appeared in four short films, three of which were directed by Nick Singer. Singer's February premiered at the 2012 Slamdance Film Festival in Park City, Utah.
